One of the easiest and most efficient ways to increase your home's comfort is by defining different zones within your home that have different heat or AC requirements and giving those zones their own controls. Scenic Air has designed commercial warehouse HVAC systems or large corporate office complexes that have required HVAC zoning for 50+ zones! So when it comes to your home, we can definitely design a system that will maximize your comfort.
Many homeowners have one thermostat that controls the whole house, and as a result, in the summer they have a basement that is freezing, a 3rd floor that is unbearably hot and they spend too much on their energy bill trying to keep it all at a reasonable temperature. Zoning will not only upgrade your comfort, but your efficiency as well.
Upgrade Filtration
We all know the story, Chattanooga turned from the dirtiest city in America to one of America's fastest growing cities. It's a remarkable turnaround, but the air pollutants are still a major problem. Add to that, Chattanooga's native plants produce a large amount of pollen every spring. Filtration is a major focus of every one of Scenic Air's HVAC systems, and it should be a priority to you, too.

Insulation Assessment
Although Scenic Air does not install insulation in your home's walls, attic, or crawl space, we recognize the importance. We refer a lot of business to a local handyman business that helps our client's evaluate their home's insulation as well as checking popular areas for air leaks in doors, windows, and corners. If a home is poorly insulated or has significant air leaks, it does not matter how good your HVAC system is, the home will not be able to keep the comfortable air inside the home.
We set a high priority on insulating your ducts when we perform an HVAC system installation. If you have a Scenic Air HVAC system and you are still dealing with comfort issues, it is highly likely that your home has an insulation problem.
