Working in a competitive industry like HVAC, Scenic Air has two very important jobs. 1) We have to take excellent care of our clients. 2) We also have to be great at explaining why clients should choose us over the many different HVAC service providers.
Experience
The most obvious differentiator is simply the amount of years our owner, John Giles, has been perfecting his craft. He has spent 50 years working in the HVAC industry. Growing up in Chattanooga and attending Kirkman Technical High School, John spent his early years learning how to assembly HVAC parts and quickly decided that he was going to dedicate his career to HVAC. He worked many years as an HVAC tech before becoming an owner of Scenic Air. When you have a problem with your HVAC system, John brings half a century of experience to solve your problem.
Grit
When John was coming up in the HVAC industry, he would tell his bosses he wanted to take on the dirty, dangerous, and difficult jobs. He knew if he could tackle the hardest problems in HVAC that he would always have work to provide for him and his family. That experience formed who he is today. Scenic Air will never cut corners and will build HVAC systems the right way because we are not afraid of the work.
Honesty
The main thing that differentiates Scenic Air in the HVAC industry is that we are aiming to be truthful with every customer, not aiming to close every sale. Most HVAC companies have an owner who pays commission to salespeople, and those are the people who give you "advice" on your HVAC system. At Scenic Air, the model is flipped upside down. Every customer talks to the owner first. If your system needs an evaluation, our service technician will meet you in person, and their income is not dependent on closing the sale. If you are wondering if your old HVAC unit has more years of efficient operation, Scenic Air will give you the most honest evaluation.
Scenic Air is the legacy of John Giles and we are proud to be a company that is knowledgeable, experienced, honest, and capable of working on the toughest HVAC problems you have. We hope that when you have an HVAC need during maintenance season or when it is time to consider a replacement, that you think of us.
